Esta canción fue publicada en 1985 por el dúo musical de Euro-disco Modern Talking, conformado por Thomas Anders y Dieter Bohlen, siendo el segundo grupo más exitoso de Alemania. Esta canción es el único sencillo oficial de su segundo álbum Let’s Talk About Love. Se considera que esta canción fue realizada en modo de burla por Dieter hacia Thomas, ya que él tenía una mascota llamada Cheri, la cual recibía cuidados muy peculiares.

La grabación de este video fue realizada en un castillo, el cual era propiedad de la familia de la pareja de Thomas Anders, lo cual no fue bien recibido por Dieter, porque eso llevó a que durante la grabación la pareja de Thomas se escondía para darle indicaciones por radio sobre cómo bailar.
